    Security Advisor III - Expat

    Job Type: Contracts
    Job Nature: Rotation (4 weeks on/4 weeks off)

    Main Functions

    • Provides security support to company facilities and projects or support to key Global Security processes (e.g. intel, personnel and executive protection, technical security, business support).
    • Global Security Advisor should have core expertise in security operations, intelligence, personnel and executive protection, technical security and/or business support while interfacing and building relationships within Global Security and with other internal customers (e.g., business lines, Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) ) and internal partners (e.g., P&GA (Public & Government Affairs), Procurements, Law, Medical and Occupational Health (MOH)) to meet business needs.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Provide assistance to corporate departments in other types of investigations (audit, HR)
    • Participate in Executive Protection
    • Develop security procedures and implementation plans for technical security projects
    • Develop and lead security specific training
    • Support the company's Emergency response team
    • Create and drive proactive solutions with ethics, diversity and reputation of the company in mind

    Job Requirements

    • College level education or equivalent
    • 20+ years’ of relevant years of experience in Security
    • Work in a complex organization
    • Communicate and present to a wide range of audiences
    • Exercise critical thinking
    • Influence and lead others in the absence of having a direct line of authority
    • Strictly maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information

    Documentation Specialist I

    Job Type: Contracts 
    Job Nature: Standard - 6 days on / 1 days off - 6 days on / 1 days off

    Main Functions

    • Responsible for all aspects of document control within assigned project scope.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Implement the Information Management Plan, and supporting document control procedures
    • Comply with Company Records Management Program
    • Comprehend and enforce the Information Management sections of Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedures, and Purchase Orders
    • Perform quality checks on Engineering and Supplier deliverables (Doc number, title, revision, date etc.) comply with project requirements. Report deficiencies to Information Management Lead
    • Confirm existence and ensure suitability as well as accuracy of Master Document Registers (MDRs), Supplier Master Document Registers (SMDRs), and Document Distribution Matrixes (DDMs) and upgrade and maintain as required to meet project document management needs
    • Ensure contractor and supplier documentation deliverables meet contract requirements by performing quality checks for compliance, and initiating corrective actions and report deficiencies to Information Management Lead
    • Report progress on completion of deliverables, issue look ahead, and overdue reports
    • Actively participate in project meetings and anticipate information management needs
    • Prepare training materials and conduct project Information Management workshops with the Project Team (PT)
    • Train clerical staff in handling of Contractor, Supplier and PT generated documentation in accordance with overall Information Management Plan and supporting project procedures
    • Routinely conduct gap analysis of Contractor Document Control Procedures against Company requirements, document results, and make recommendations for upgrades
    • Identify differences between Contractor's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Company EDMS (UDOCS), and share results with Project Information Management Lead and Common Skill Center
    • Conduct quarterly assessments of Contractor's Document Control processes; document results, and raise concerns to Project Information Management Lead
    • Validate Contractor provided deliverables and associated MDR/SMDR metadata to support data transfer to Company EDMS
    • Support Company Documents For Operations (DFO) Coordinator and Project Information Management Lead as required
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency on stewarded projects

    Job Requirements

    • Strong written communication skills including proven ability to create procedures and presentations as well as routine interactions with Project teams
    • Working knowledge of Information Management requirements across all project phases
    • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
    • High proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures
    • University Degree is desirable with preference for technical disciplines
    • 5+ years industry working experience in areas of operations and/or project technical support, including working experience with document management, and IT systems and tools.

    SSHE Coordinator I

    Job Type: Contracts
    Job Nature: Standard - 6 days on / 1 days off - 6 days on / 1 days off

    Main Functions

    • Support Business Line Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) stewardship processes and portfolio analysis.
    • Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate business performance. Support the SSHE Supervisor in managing the SSHE program, as directed by the SSHE Supervisor. Coordinate a variety of activities and be the point of contact for the Regional SSHE Advisors

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Develop Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) training on safety procedure, practices for the plant as well as contractors
    • Set up system for implementing the safety plan including hardware, software, data flow, analysis techniques and reporting format
    • Develop safety communication plan to employees and contractors
    • Design a safety incentive program for the
    • Coordinate the development of the Waste Management, Environment and Industrial Hygiene plan for the turnaround
    • Review Contractor safety plans
    • Part of the team to perform risk analysis of specific jobs
    • Implement the safety program
    • Compile SHE statistics.

    Job Requirements

    • High School or College level education or equivalent preferred
    • Experience in Construction Safety-related positions (previous experience within the group preferred)
    • This is a job level 1
    • 1 to 10 years of related experience is required.
