Sales Officers at a Newly Established Power/Energy Solutions Company

In addition, he/she will

• Ability to achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Role requirement.

• First degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
• A minimum of 4 years progressive experiences in sales or marketing.
• Experience in the sales of IT product is an added advantage
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of people and ability to initiate and implement management directives within set deadlines
• Ability to work without supervision, have initiative and meticulous in document handling

Skills required;

• Proficient in computer usage, especially the of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint but most importantly Word
• Developed ability to produce reports and presentations to a professional standard.
