    Social Media Coordinator

    Location Lekki

    Description:

    Looking for an experienced and talented business coordinator to drive increase results by attracting new families and engaging existing ones. This person will be responsible for managing all the social media accounts, driving the visibility for all of the social media channels, and creating breakthrough content of the school to achieve our marketing goals to realise our efforts to grow and expand.

    Ultimately, you will handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement, develop relationships with prospective families, while maintaining existing client relationships.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
    • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Review website with frequent updates and information
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
    • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
    • Implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

    Experience:

    • Minimum university educational qualification with experience in Social Media Marketing
    • Experience in SEO, web traffic metrics and cookie profiling
    • Experience in developing content, posting and analyzing metrics on social media
    • Experience with graphics design – corel draw and other applications
    • Excellent command of English and communication skills and able to translate business ideals and views creatively.
    • Excellent writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills on short deadlines
    • Experience in identifying target audiences online and attracting them
    • Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
    • Ability to react to quick social media trends and remain up to date.
