    Job Summary

    Job Summary
    The Installation and Network Engineer will handle all programming, design, installation, and servicing of all cable infrastructure, and bandwidth solutions sold. He/She will ensure all networking and installation projects in line with the company’s processes and procedures.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
    Perform and coordinate effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers.
    Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.
    Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations regarding computer system security, monitor network, computer and disk utilization.

    RETURNS & COMPLIANCE OFFICER(LAGOS STATE)
       
    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Returns & Compliance officer will ensure optimal tax planning and that the company makes due remittances to specified state and federal law and order. He/she will be required to ensure required returns are made to various government statutory bodies as at when due.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.
    Flag and ensure due remittances are made to various regulatory bodies according to specified state and federal law and order.
    Liaise with internal auditors to ensure accurate deduction of taxes and prompt rendering of returns.
    Take appropriate managerial action to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax remittance.
    Ensure all deductions from the company’s revenues are receipted for and timely fillings are made to the appropriate authorities.

    TREASURY MANAGER (Lagos state)

    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Treasury Manager will assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial instruments in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company. He/she will oversee and supervise the company’s Treasury department.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Treasury Manager will be required to;
    Support and participate in the company’s financial and strategic planning and budgeting processes.
    Evaluate, develop and implement cash management tools to prepare and monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling to optimize efficiencies.
    Responsible for effective cash, working capital and debt management. Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
    Develop frameworks for identifying and analyzing cash and treasury management risks / tolerance levels.
    Manage foreign exchange risk and safely hedge foreign currency and interest rate exposure via forward contracts, future contracts, Swaps, Options etc.
    Liaise with the Financial Controller and the CFO in the periodic reviews and recommendations of the optimal financing structure for the company.
    Prepare periodic financial analysis and reports including but not limited to regular bank reconciliation statements.
    Determine the tax effect of any instruments on the Company’s financials.
    Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on market conditions.
    Manage relationships with financial service providers.
    Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues while ensuring competitive pricing.
    Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.  Manage the arranging and issuance of such long-term debt instruments and other financial derivatives.
    Liaise with external auditors and government agencies.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    B.Sc. / HND with minimum of second Upper division /Upper Credit in  Accounting  ,  Economics or  Statistics.
    Membership of a recognized Professional Accounting / Finance/Treasury Body.
    Minimum of 6 years working experience, 2 years of which should have worked as a Treasury Manager in an FMCG/Telecoms environment.

    This role is for a voice engineer with adequate knowledge and experience of VOIP, PABX, and other voice technologies available in the industry.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Designing, installing and maintaining VoIP and telephony products for an organization includes ensuring that network communications architecture is functioning efficiently.
    Coordinate voice PABX and network upgrade, implementation, and test plans.
    Serve as the customers’ consultant for all of Clients voice technology related services.
    Perform level 3 technical support and escalation for telecommunications voice issues.
    Proactively plan and manage the implementation of voice services and voice network for Clients.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    2-4 years of relevant work experience in related area and increasing responsibility.

    STRATEGIC/BUSINESS PLANNING ANALYSIS MANAGER (LAGOS STATE) 

    JOB SUMMARY:
    Develop, implement and maintain an effective strategic planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate information and analytics to aid proper goal – setting and strategic performance management of the company’s portfolio of business.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis reporting, monitoring and financial risk assessment.
    Responsible for the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets and cash flow forecast; and quarterly budget review.
    Monitor and analyze the organization’s financial condition and performance (KPIs Reporting) and work closely with the CFO as well as with other key executive staff members to ensure continuous financial and management reporting improvement.
    Ensure compliance with governmental regulations for all aspects of the company’s operations.
    Analyze new business opportunities and major projects by assessing financial risk/return.
    Assists the CFO in designing, developing, recommending and implementing policies and procedures for the finance function and constantly review and assist operational groups, where requested, in developing and implementing improvements in systems, procedures and/or controls to improve efficiencies and to safeguard the Company’s assets.
    Routinely communicate to the Management, the company financial and operational performance trends using appropriate metrics while suggesting implications thereof and recommending key actions.
    Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate closing process and accounts consolidation through analytical review and trend analysis.
    Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance.
    Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company.
    Coordinate capital review meetings, pre-review vetting process and all aspects of formal capital appropriation request (CAR) documentation.
    Participate in the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company’s financing activities and expansion initiatives including but not limited to new market and new product developments, mergers and, acquisition.
    Model potential changes to capital structure and shareholders’ returns from acquisition and divestiture planning and decisions.
    Liaise with the Marketing department to monitor competitive dynamics of the different sectors in the economy and the effect on the company.
    Responsible for Capital appraisal, Product costing and Pricing template development and review.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    B.Sc Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related course.
    10 years of finance and accounting experience with progressive  responsibility , especially with exposure to international operations.
    2nd degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
    Membership of a Recognized Professional Finance / Accounting Body.
    Significant experience managing people, with strong, professional communication and writing skills.
    Microsoft Windows knowledge with extensive and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    Must be experienced in the use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
    Proficiency in Accounting software like Sun Accounting, Great Plains, SAP etc and budgeting tool will be an added advantage.

    BUDGETING & REVENUE ASSURANCE OFFICER (Lagos State) 

    JOB SUMMARY:
    Develop and implement revenue assurance procedures for data and voice services – Postpaid & prepaid and interconnect processes (Voice).

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Periodic review and reconciliation of interconnect traffic report and data with various network elements for consistency and reasonableness.
    Resolve issues pertaining to revenue and data adequacy and integrity (Daily Call Summary / Call Details Records (CDR) Reconciliation) and ensure end-to-end allocations of CDR and CORE to subscribers’ accounts to prevent revenue leakages.
    Periodically audit Interconnect tables Charge Number Prefix, Product codes, Rate Matrix, and CDR processing procedures and publish the report.
    Carry out periodic reconciliation status of Rate plans configured in Interconnect billing system (Termination charges, Carriage/Transit charges and Access Deficit Charge -ADC) Vs. Rate plans approved / released by Regulatory or agreed with operators and publish the report.
    Periodic CDR Reconciliation between Switch, Mediation and Interconnect Billing system using Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) and reporting exceptions for corrective action.
    Analysis of suspected cloning cases / refiling traffic and reporting same to concerned department for necessary action.
    Information Delivery for Regulatory Compliance.
    Responsible for the development of a revenue assurance and subscriber fraud strategy; managing and coordinating the identification, quantification and reporting of revenue leakages across the organization.
    Responsible for the documentation and maintenance of the end-to-end revenue process maps and  cross-functional processes to resolve revenue assurance issues; identifying operational and financial risks relating to network, billing and other associated system processes; providing assurance to revenue reported in the financial statements.
    Validate adequacy, integrity and reliability of data from source application systems, design a reporting framework, and document standard operating procedures for the revenue reporting function.  This is to involve the review and documentation of application processing-e.g. critical data flows, data stores and data access points; review of MIS scripts; and extensive data analysis to validate completeness and accuracy of data transfer across multiple application interfaces.
    Regular review of design of the core network, and IT in order to design operational end-to-end processes involved in customer provisioning and activation. This is to involve process documentation, risk analysis, controls evaluation, processes redesign, development of standard operating procedures, reporting framework, KPIs, and monitoring procedures to measure process performance.
    Responsible for performing fraud and revenue risk assessment of products and services pre- & post-implementation.
    Developed the job descriptions, duties and responsibilities, Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and the Key Performance Indices (KPIs) for the Revenue Management & Assurance Division and other departments involved in the end-to-end revenue value chain.
    Carry out extensive data analyses including that of subscriber behaviour, network performance, airtime revenue, interconnect and roaming reconciliations.

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting  or finance related course.
    3-5 years relevant experience in  telecoms.
