- TQM manager: Must have a degree in personnel management or mass communication and good communication skills.
- Social worker: Must be a graduate in any of the clinical sciences and must be able to counsel and relate to patients well.

- Staff Nurse/Midwives
- Doctor: MBBS and 2 years post NYSC
- Housekeeper
- Gen. Surgeon. FRCS or FWACS: Ecperience in endoscopy is an added advantage
- Anaesthetist FWACS: Diploma in Anaesthesia
- Radiologist FWACS
