Job Requirements

• BSc. HND, Higher Degrees in any of the following areas; Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial.
• Registration with COREN/NSE is an advantage.
• 5-8years experience as Plant Engineer is a MUST
• Being resourceful in applying Managerial functions of Planning, Coordinating, Controlling, Staffing, and Directing in achieving the organizational goals.

JOB DUTIES:

• Plan, direct and coordinate the manufacturing activities in industrial plants, including the design, construction, modification, performance and maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Day to day tasks include determining standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance, inspecting plant and machinery to ensure optimum performance, directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, scheduling and planning production activities.
• To ensure always that the performance and quality outputs of equipment conform to production requirements.
