Options provides technical and management expertise in the health and social sectors to governments and international development partners.
Options’ work focuses on providing expertise in sexual and reproductive health, maternal newborn and child health, HIV and AIDS, citizen voice and accountability, gender, social inclusion and equity, to strengthen pro-poor health systems.
Options works with a range of clients including international agencies, governments, the private sector, academic institutions, and civil society to support strengthening of health service delivery.

Salary: commensurate with experience
The Systems Strengthening Techincal Advisor (SSTA) will join Options under the Enhancing Nigeria’s Response (ENR) to HIV/AIDS Programme. The SSTA will be responsible for supporting the State Agency for the Control of HIV/AIDS (SACA) in his/her State by building the capacity and providing assistance for the development and maintenance of efficient and effective coordination, planning and reporting for an effective, multi-sectoral and evidence-based HIV/AIDS response.
