We are looking for a graphic designer to create unique, engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Job Description

• Defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
• You will shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
• Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
• You MUST have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Design banners daily for Nativedge and her clients’ websites, social media pages, blog posts, etc.

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Corel Draw)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills - If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Details:

The Web/Mobile App Developer will be designing compelling user interfaces for websites/ mobile applications and will also be required to be involved in some backend programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing of user interfaces for websites and mobile applications
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling the Firm’s website.
• Ensure strategic approach, innovation and best practices in the use of technology and IT at the Firm.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.
• Develop databases that support web applications and web sites.
• Building new features and maintaining existing code and technical customer support.
• Respond to technical email inquiries, or set up automated systems to send responses.
• Contribute creatively to project discussions.
• Perform or direct web site updates.
• Support websites and report issues (Issue Reporting)

Qualifications:

• 1st Degree in a relevant field,
• 1-3 years experience in software/App development.

Job Requirements

• Front-end
• Expert knowledge in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript
• Slight knowledge of any of the following: Angular, AngularJS, React will be an added advantage
• Expert knowledge in PHP/MySql
• Slight knowledge of any of the following:
• Microsoft C# & Xamarin,
• Java/XML & Android Studio,
• Objective C & Xcode,
• Python,
• Ruby on rails.
• Familiarity with SEO principles
• Excellent multimedia content development abilities will be an advantage.
