    Spare Part Officer

    Job Description

    • Handling SPL stock keeping in WMS.
    • Maintaining Staff Roster On Weekly Basis
    • Planning & Handling in Inbound & Outbound operation
    • Service Centre Dispatches Through Courier With Complete Documents (Inter & Outer State)
    • Maintaining Stock report on weekly basis
    • Maintaining MIS report & record keeping on daily basis
    • Maintaining Back order, Cancel Order Reports.
    • Stock Count Monthly basis
    • Arranging stock from Inter Service Centre (STN) as per need
    • All process done in SAP
    • All the reports works done in Excel
    • Adherence in defective inbound stock record with proper label & document
    • Part labelling & Stacking of all material for inbound & outbound
    • Proper tracking of all inbound and out bound activity (Local & Import)
    • Coordination with Head Office for part requisition, part support, Errors, Part identification
    • Defective part RTN to vendor. Etc

    Requirements

    • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
    • Ability to maintain proper parts inventory levels, to do proper posting, and to measure true turns
    • Ability to utilize computers and computer capabilities for inventory, recordkeeping, Orion softwares, parts information, etc.
    • Knowledge of automotive systems in general
    • Ability to develop and follow action plans to ensure customer enthusiasm and Parts Department profitability
    • Ability to establish and control inventory system
    • Knowledge of and ability to interpret inventory reports
    • Knowledge of parts pricing procedures
    • Knowledge of new models, based on technical service bulletins and surveys

    Accountant

    Our client specializes in the distribution and sales of electronic products from major brands. They are in need of an Accountant.

     Location: portharcourt.

     Responsibilities:

    • Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable
    • Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
    • Check invoices for inaccuracies
    • Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed

    Inventory Supervisor

    Details:

    A leading Electronics retail company with high brand electronic products is in need of an Inventory Supervisor.

    Responsibilities

    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
    • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
    • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
    • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
    • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
    • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
    • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
    • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
    • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
    • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

    • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs

    Requirements

    • BSc/BA in business administration. logistics or relevant field

    • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)

    IT Officer

    Details:

    A leading Electronics retail company with high brand electronic products is in need of an IT Officer.

     Responsibilities

    • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
    • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
    • Replacing parts as required
    • Providing support, including procedural documentation

    Production Assistant

    Our client owns an indigenous Nigerian Brand that manufactures and distributes healthy foods and snacks in Lekki, Lagos state. They are in need of a PRODUCTION ASSISTANT.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assisting in preparation, baking and packaging of various baked goods and bakery items
    • Assisting with planning, scheduling bakery production to highest safety standards.
    • Responsible for the cleanliness of kitchen floor, preparation areas, storerooms and equipment used.
    • Stock control and management assistance (order and arrange for correct ingredients, supplies and equipment)
    • Creatively come up with new ideas and designs for products
    • Assist with production of new products
    • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

    Skills and Specifications

    • Experience with family loaf, coconut and wheat bread preferred
    • Weekend availability required
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and oral/verbal communication skills.
    • Have a friendly and engaging personality.
    • Able to work as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of inventory techniques.
    • Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE with basic office skills.
    • The ideal candidate will have minimum of one (1) year experience as a bread baker in a professional kitchen
