    Beauty Advisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise clients on the best products to improve their beauty routine and enhance their appearance 
    • Comprehensive organization of directors’ meetings and events (CLM – Catalogue Launch Meetings) on skin care
    • Understand and manage all products ranges: skin care and beauty range
    • Great product knowledge: Must be well informed about the products to present and be able to answer any queries from customers.
    • Organization of Skin care and beauty workshops for Top leaders
    • Be able to make product recommendation to customers
    • Conduct demonstration of products & present specificities about new products
    • Animate launch events and products trainings to raise the brand awareness
    • Catalogue and quarterly planning of the KPI’s with leaders. Focus is skincare
    • Design action plans to improve skin care sales by leaders
    • Hosting Skin care and Beauty sessions & trainings to present novelties or SKC products in all Regions, Regional Tour every month in all cities (1session/month/Region)
    • SPO Tours for novelties and Skin care presentation and trainings (different SPOs are selected every month)
    • Skin care Booth animation during Seminars and Fairs
    • Implementation of training programs according to the needs of sales structures
    • Organization and independent conduction of Skin care and Beauty trainings with leaders
    • Participation at leaders training sessions to offer constant feedback to the leaders
    • Lead quarterly SPO (service points) academy trainings with focus on skin care
    • Campaign Novelties’ explanation videos
    • Live Chat on social Media on monthly basis
    • Ensuring effective communication in the field (in accordance with the accepted methods and scope agreed with the Marketing Manager)
    • Preparing and conducting meetings with Leaders and Consultants accordingly to the communication strategy agreed with the Marketing Manager
    • Regular/effective communication of important information from the field to the Marketing Manager, having an influence on the current Sales Department strategy.
    • Close cooperation with all Area Sales Managers to build a database of best business practices
    • Effective cooperation with representatives of other departments within assigned projects
    • Building positive relations with representatives of other departments by sharing knowledge and experience
    • Participation in planning, execution and implementation of national conferences
    • Individual preparation of materials needed to Conduct the above-mentioned meetings

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Motivating a group of Leaders, supervise their work, set and enforce goals, leadership skills, charisma, ability to give feedback
    • Preparation and conduction of business trainings in order to make them understandable and interesting for the listeners.
    • Building long term relations with Leaders, being open to their needs, have positive attitude towards people, empathy. Ability to analyze problems reported by consultants and proposing solutions beneficial to both sides. Flexible attitude to problem solving
    • Understanding business reports, drawing conclusions and creating action plans on their basis
    • Leading interesting and motivating public performances (for bigger groups up to hundreds of people). Ability to establish relations with big audience
    • Effective communication with each consultant, also the difficult one, good manners, ability to handle objections
    • Good organization of one’s own work. Ability to work under time pressure.
    • Must be willing to travel at least 60-70% of the time within Nigeria and other countries

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Biological/Health Sciences 
    • Professional Diploma in SkinCare & Beauty is an added advantage
    • Smart & trendy appearance
    • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in marketing or FMCG
    • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in managing a team
    • Experience in creating and leading trainings will be an asset
    • Experience in public speaking
    • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power point presentation
    • Communicative knowledge of English would be preferred
    • Sales and marketing skills
    • Being confident, highly motivated and courteous
    • Being innovative and enthusiastic
    • Customer service skills
    • Being efficient and competitive
    • Cosmetics and beauty industry background
    • Fluent in English
