    General Manager

    Essential Functions

    • Updating the property strategic plan prior to the annual planning process.
    • Help create and execute the financial objectives of the hotel.
    • Ensuring that the annual planning process is completed in a tirnelv basis, to include the sales and marketing plan, operating budget, capital budget, and human resource plan.
    • Keeping the corporate office and the owners informed of important decisions, hotel progress, etc. on a regular basis.
    • Works closely with theChairman for Sales and to develop, implement, and monitor the Sales and Marketing plan.
    • In consultation with the Chairman, initiateexpansion plans for the facilities with time lines
    • Becoming actively involved in the activities of the Abuja community and contributing to their success.
    • Taking frequent tours of the property to ensure that the quality of the facilities is maintained at a high level.
    • Interacting with customers on a daily basis and continuing to innovate based on their input.
    • Lead and develop hotel staff to achieve high performance.
    • Ability to review and interpret profit and loss statements.
    • Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to property strategic plan.
    • Plan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings.
    • Other duties as assigned and required by the operation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree, or HND from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience is required.
    • At least 3 years relevant experience in a hospitality industry in a management level position is required.
    • Previous managerial experience in hospitality industry strongly preferred;
    • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team as well as interact with the highest levels of the organization.
    • Ability to use the Microsoft Office products specifically
    • Excel as well as Business Intelligence and reservations systems.

    Business Development Executives

    Objective

    • Understands the estate management business and has experience in Real Estate sales and Purchases.
    • With experience in Agency work

    Job Duties:

    • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business
    • Manage agency valuations and property management

    Requirements:

    • 3-6 years experience in Estate Agency with at least a minimum of 2 years in similar industry
    • HND/B.Sc. in any environmental management studies or relevant membership certification or postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.

    Senior Business Development Executives

    Objective:

    • Identification and prospecting clients who requires the organization's products and services through market penetration. relevant products knowledge.

    Job Duties:

    • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually for Training & other HR Management products
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationsnlps.
    • Communicate new product and service opportunities. special developments, information. or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing/Business Administration or any related field in any Social Sciences Field, a chartered member of NMIN/NIM or a Masters degree in marketing will be an added advantage.
    • 3-5 years of hands on experience; Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience in the consulting industry.
    • Management of corporate accounts will be an added advantage.

    Project Designer/Application Engineer

    Objective:

    • Provide technical support to the soles and installation teams for the evaluation and design of distributed power generation and co-generation systems in the range 2-20 MW.

    Job Duties:

    • Provide technical support for evaluation and design on the mechanical aspects of heat recovery and distributed generation systems that meet customer requirements.
    • Prepare competitive proposals and deliver systems that meet specifications and schedule.
    • Provide technical support and advice to sales and projects teams.
    • Prepare mechanical systems designs for the CAD draughtsman

    Requirements:

    • 7-10 years experience in design and/or operations in power generation industry
    • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience
    • A thorough knowledge of power generation systems especially engine based ond small gas turbine power plants, used for base load, peaking and co-oeneronon applications.
    • Broad application knowledge relevant to the CPGK product base is required across the range of generator set applications, both in mechanical, electrical, acoustical and installation
