Job Summary

We are looking for Talent Development Executives who will beresponsible for managing the talents, standardizing the daily video creations and video content , enhancing the activities and the quality of such videos for our Viskit online platform.

Job Description

• Excavate and develop video creators through video products, social media platforms or other online and offline methods, and bring them to Vskit.
• Customize video recording task scheduling and collecting according to operational needs, and monitor the outcome.
• Submit monthly statistics and feedback on the amount and related data of the videos recorded by the connected talents.

Educational Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements :

• Young and energetic, cheerful and lively, full of passion, excellent eloquence, strong sense of responsibility.
• Social media depth user, have his/her own followed celebrities, favorite singers or actors.
• Have a certain understanding on video/entertainment/movie and other related fields.
• Abundent online and offline talent resources will be highly prefered.
• Familiar with office software, sensitive to data and statistics.
• Celebrities agent work experience or business development work experience is highly preferred.
