    MIS Executive

    Role summary

    The Management Information System (MIS) Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all computer-related activities within the organization. The incumbent will help determine the company’s information technology goals, and will be responsible for implementing computer systems to meet those goals.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Researching and evaluating different technologies for enhancements or upgrades to servers, networks and other IT infrastructure equipment currently in place
    • Identification, assessment and mitigation of risk in relation to software, hardware, system interfaces and connectivity
    • Collecting data related to the necessary technological specification of each department
    • Developing and analyzing computer systems that fit the required specifications
    • Overseeing the maintenance of systems to make sure all departments are operating efficiently
    • Plans an appropriate budget for software and hardware systems
    • Supervises the purchase of the required systems
    • Develops strategies that can be successfully used as the software and hardware systems are integrated into the organization
    • Keeping current with the latest technologies and implementation processes to accomplish duties
    • Analyzing IT systems and infrastructure to make recommendations for improvement and growth
    • Maintenance of new software systems
    • Managing risk for the protection of the organisation’s data and information
    • Making sure that there is a balance between operational vs. economic costs of digital security systems.

    Qualification/Essential Skills/Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Ability to survey the unique technological tasks and make the best decisions to achieve the specific goals of the organisation
    • Ability to analyze problems and discover the best ways to solve them
    • Communicate clearly to superiors and give understandable instruction to subordinates
    • Experience and proficiency with a broad range of software and applications
    • Experience managing fleets of devices, including mobile devices
    • High comfort level with evaluating and selecting software and hardware for various applications

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Role summary

    The incumbent will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. S/he should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept from initiation to execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies

    Qualification/Essential Skills/Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Marketing or a related field
    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
