    Business Manager

    Details:

    Description

    • Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's activities and employees.
    • Hire, train and evaluate new employees;
    • Ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial goals. Develop and implement budgets,
    • Prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies.

    B Sc. Buisness Administration, Not more than 32 years, At least 3 years working experience on the job description.

    Client Account Manager

    Details:

    Job Description

    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
    • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
    • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
    • Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
    • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
    • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
    • Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
    • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
    • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
    • Ensure all clients enquiries and complaints through phone calls, emails and face to face contact and handled promptly with the client's satisfaction in view.

    Requirements

    • Proven account management or other relevant experience.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

    • Deep digital understanding.

    • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
