    Head, After Sales

    Job Description

    •     Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all after- sales activities of the Group.
    •     Ensure that After-Sales Group meets assigned targets for profitable parts sales volume and workshop jobs.
    •     Determine and implement the most appropriate after-sales market structures to achieve revenue goals, secure new business opportunities and maintain old relationships.
    •     Develop and implement an after-sales network with product users for service, maintenance contracts that are customer friendly and profitable to the company.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    •     A Technically/Mechanically- related degree and other related certifications with at least 10 years after-sales experience of which five must have been at senior management level.
    •     Good understanding of after-sales business especially the workshop and spare parts businesses, invoicing, processing, vehicle warranties etc.
    •     Drive and determination to turn after- sales around, Business integrity, result-oriented.
    •     Ability to communicate actionable" positive and corrective feedback to the after-sales team.
    •     Demonstrate experience in managing a cross functional after-sales team with so ability to lead Senior team members.

    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Job Description

    •     Manage and direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
    •     Directly assists the CEO.
    •     Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.
    •     Spearhead Group-wide development, and implementation of effective growth strategies, business expansion. new market penetrations and processes.
    •     Work in partnership with executive management team and hoard of directors to create and implement Group strategic plan.
    •     Work with the CEO to review and analyse financial reports and support company budgeting processes.
    •     Oversee the human resource and the other Group's operational functions.
    •     Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
    •     Oversee risk management and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, leases etc.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies

    •     A good business degree, (an MBA will be an added advantage) with 15 year post- qualification experience, with at let 5 years in the auto-dealership management and leadership.
    •     Drive for results, Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
    •     Possession of powerful decision-making, facilitating and process improvement skills,
    •     Must be a top performer that is bottom-line oriented,
    •     Ability to provides regular performance feedback Develops subordinates skills and encourage growth.
    •     Possession of visionary leadership abilities.
    •     Working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
    •     Must possess strong interpersonal, communications, negotiations, and presentation skills.
