    Qualification and Requirements

    • LLB with minimum of 5 years post NYSC in similar position in the real estate sector (Property Law Practice and Human Resource Management)
    • Preferred Sex: Female
    • Age: 30-40yrs
    • Candidate must reside on the mainland.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to prepare contract of sales, deed of assignments.
    • Good knowledge of real estate market.
    • Ability to resolve real estate legal matters.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.
    • Problem solving and conflict management.
    • Recruitment and Selection.
    • Organizational skills
    • Multitasking.
    • Ability to evaluate performance.
    • Experience in Sales Target and KPI
    • Attention to detail
    • Time Management
    • Resilience and Self Confidence
    • Research and Analysis

    Customer Relationship Manager

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • B.Sc/ HND in Social Science courses with minimum of 6 years experience in similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Preferred sex: Female
    • Age: 28-40 years
    • Candidate must reside on the mainland.

    Skills:

    • Adequate knowledge of customer relation management software (CRM)
    • Must be well experienced in managing incoming calls and customers enquiries.
    • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
    • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.
    • Ability to manage large amount of incoming calls.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
    • Must be bold, resilient and articulate.
