Roles and Responsibility

• Planning & scheduling of production activities within the entire group.
• Planning, coordinating and controlling manpower, material, marketing and Sales.
• Preparing reports.
• Up-hold high level of professional and safety standard in line with manufacturing industry.

Qualification & experience

• B.Sc/HND Accounting, Business administration, or any related field.
• 40-45 years of age.
• Minimum of 15 years working experience in the Manufacturing
• Industry with at least 5 years' experience in a senior management position.
• Excellent communication skill (both written and oral), good organizational skill.
• Must be result oriented and be innovativ
• Must be analytical and highly mobile.
• An additional Professional qualification will be added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement strateqy for HR management and development.
• Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Plan for employee's performance appraisal, job evaluation and development.

Qualification & experience

• B.Sc/HND in any of the Social Sciences, and an M.Sc or MBA in Industrial and Human Resources Management with ample experience in the manufacturing industry.
• 40-45 years of age.
• Minimum of 12 years working experience.
• Excellent knowledge of labour laws, industrial safety rules and regulation and HSE policies.
• Additional Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
