    SD Systems and Database Administrator

    Application Support:

    • Carry out analysis and design of identified process for automation.
    • Write codes to automate processes.
    • Design and develop database objects, including but not limited to tables, stored procedures, vie queries.
    • Participate in testing of new and existing software modules.

    Database Management:

    • Design procedures to ensure availability of the HR Database at all times.
    • Design and develop queries, stored procedures and function for analysing HR Databases.
    • Monitor database performance and carry out database tuning when necessary.
    • Carry out database upgrades when necessary.

    HR Reports:

    • Manage the census process. Prepare initial data, liaise with HR Advisers and entity heads to pro updates. Upload final data to web census and provide census reports to HR Management.
    • Carry out organization chart updates and provide periodic org chart and manpower reports.
    • Provide standard and ad-hoc reports as may be required by management.

    Qualifications

    • A university degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
    • Very good practical knowledge of .NET and/or Javascript Framework e.g. Angular.
    • Strong background in Oracle DBMS and PL/SQL.
    • Strong Reporting background and integration into development environments
    • Good knowledge of system testing and debugging.
    • Good knowledge of cascading style sheets and similar templates.

    Sales Support Officer

    Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos State

    Job Descriptions

    • Receive and respond to customer tenders, enquiries, queries and other requirements and process them in coordination with the relevant department (procurement, logistics etc) as the need arises
    • Ensure all time bound submissions to external clients (quotations, invoices) are delivered within schedule.
    • Respond to calls and mails from clients and deal with issues as they arise.
    • File, store and retrieve documents and archives in support of the Sales team.
    • Provide back office support to the Team lead in the discharge of functions.
    • Effectively handle and manage all Sales team archives and electronic storage activities (products and services) starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure.
    • Maintain the Sales team business and leave calendars on and offline.
    • Maintain the Sales team record spreadsheets, use the Beamco SAP client in the SAP engines of external clients (for all receipts, submissions and dispatch), e.g. NiPEx, SAP, Ariba client etc.), and all other external client electronic software dedicated to Beamco use in the context of the Sales team.
    • Prepare the monthly sales report and provide back office support.
    • Maintain a current record of key client information, investments etc, and other activities, news and projects in the Beamco storage system.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction via follow up emails and calls.
    • Maintain and update all contact information for clients.
    • Assist the Sales team to map our product population in each of the customer facilities and prepare for the conduct of surveys covering customer warehouses and facilities.
    • Provide internal and external clients with regular status reports, reconciliations and updates to gain client trust and cement our reputation of being a reliable solutions provider.
    • Support the booking and arrangement of weekly visits of the Sales team to each external client to follow up on business, look for opportunities, and develop relationships with key personnel across various departments.
    • Ensure external client visits to the Sales team are pre-planned and well prepared.
    • Provide home office anchor support and services (documentation, inter-departmental, telephone and travel (re)arrangements) to the account executives when they are on travel assignment.

    Key Account Executive

    Description

    • Effectively coordinate and track all activities occurring for each account assigned; starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure.
    • Establish, develop and maintain trust and business relationships with key personnel across various departments (contracts and procurement, maintenance, engineering, projects, finance and accounting, etc) in assigned accounts; this helps in knowing and developing customer organizational structure per department.
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of the customers’ business, goals, needs and requirements and accordingly propose solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Keep abreast of client production rates, investments and divestments, and other activities, news and projects in order to build opportunity pipeline, identify new areas of interest and generate new business.
    • Ensure successful and timely delivery of products and services to assigned accounts according to their specifications.
    • Ensure continuous customer satisfaction through delivering high on major customer performance criteria (OTD, RT, HSE, Quality etc).
    • Arrange, at a minimum, weekly visits to each customer to follow up on business, look for opportunities, enhance relationships and attend to their queries and complaints.
    • Ensure Client visits are pre-planned and well prepared prior to the visit. Visits to be followed with timely & professional visit reports.
    • Attend to tenders and negotiate with the clients tender, contract and quotations terms and conditions in line with both the company accepted parameters and clients’ needs until closing the deal.
    • Provide customers with regular status reports and updates on business activities and projects to gain customer trust and cement the company’s reputation of being a reliable contractor.
    • Promote the company as a solution provider and spread awareness of our product offerings, advantage over competition and our after sales support services to help increase market share.
    • Map our product population in each of the customers’ facilities and conduct surveys covering customer warehouses and facilities.
    • Follow up on market activity and develop a thorough understanding of major players/competitors in the industry for both supply and services and accordingly develop strategies to keep a competitive advantage.
    • Ensure agencies are well protected and not leaked and that price agreements are established/renewed to minimize the possibility of leakages.
    • Prepare regular reports on progress, targets met and forecasts on timely basis as required by direct Manager.
    • Closely liaise and coordinate with other inter-company departments (logistics, services and procurement, etc) and maintain a positive and cooperative relationship.

    Requirements/Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor or Technical University degree in Engineering or Business Administration

    Age:

    • 25 Years - 40 Years

    Professional Experience:

    • 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in Oil and Gas related Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Process is a plus
    • Experience & Knowledge in the following product categories is:
      • Rotating Equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, G2. Pipes & Fittings
      • Valves & actuators
      • Gas Detectors
      • Hydraulic & Air Filtration Systems
    • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint , excel, etc.…)
    • Job requires frequent traveling within the country
