Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the development, implementation, deployment, operation and management of information systems and technology solutions for business needs. Tasks in his/her portfolio would include support and development of server environment, telephony and networking infrastructure, maintenance of computer hardware and software systems, management of the Service desk within the department, provision of IT solutions for business needs and upholding the IT integrity of the company. The position requires sound skills in troubleshooting, problem solving, planning, directing and coordinating.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Logging customer or employee queries
• Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
• Internet and intranet content management

Qualification and Requirement:

• Minimum Qualification of B.Sc
• Must be  Oracle certified
• Satellite  broadcasting experience
• A background in Satellite broadcasting is an advantage.
• Must be specialization in  LAN AND WAN
