    Teller Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for a High performing Teller Officer on behalf of our client an electricity company in Abuja. The position would be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and tending to customers needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Making Sales of electricity units and coordination of sales with colleagues
    • Seeking new areas and spotting where the company can deploy its sales terminals
    • Recording all transactions electronically and manually.
    •  Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
    • Responding properly to customer’s complaints.
    •  Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer suppor

    REQUIREMENT

    Minimum work experience in Sales/Customer Relations or any relevant field

    • Minimum of OND/HND in Management or any relevant field
    • Managerial ability and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Excellent customer service &Outstanding Sales skills
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Attention to detail,
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Hardworking and humble personality

       Monthly Salary of ₦20,000 – ₦40,000

    Hotel Cashier

    Mathills services limited is currently seeking to recruit a qualified Hotel Cashier on behalfof our client to run the transaction of the hotel. This position is responsible for receiving payment from guest accounts at check out,collecting daily transactions and reconciling receipts.

    Job Responsibility

    • Ensuring all cash floats are in place across the hotel
    • Collecting all daily cash takings and reconciling them against receipts and the accounting system.
    • Complete daily reports for the finance manager
    • Provide the front desk with daily currency exchange rates to ensure provision of excellent service to our customers.
    • Clarifying customers questions or concerns about the charges on the bills
    • Attend meetings as required
    • Handle cash, travelers Cheque
    • credit cards and direct billing request properly

    Requirement & Skills

    • Minimum degree in Management
    • Previous Hotel related experience desired
    • Experience in operating hotel front office software
    • A high rate of accuracy in all aspects of work
    • Excellent ability with numbers and arithmetic
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

    Applicant Must be resident in Imo State or be willing to relocate, Interviews will be conducted via Skype
