Accountant at CITCC NIG LTD

Details:

• Ensure proper record keeping and prepare general ledger
• Manage site records for CITCC Offices
• Post payment slip into the Accounts Software
• Carry out invoice verification and coding of payment slip & invoices
• Verify revenue income from clients
• Support the budget process with account analysis
• Post and maintain records for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information
• Ensure proper documentation of Financial documents
• Maintain corresponding from banks and others
• Prepare VAT & WHT schedule
• Ensure timely payment & receipt documentation of VAT, PAYE & WHT
• Maintain account file for all bank transactions

• Must be detailed oriented, passionate about the accounting profession and display capacity to learn fast
• Must be highly organized and be able to sort and file accounting books/record efficiently

Work Experience & Educational Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience as an accountant.
• Candidate must have a minimum of HND/Bsc in Accounting; ICAN/ACCA membership  will be an added advantage
