Job Summary

•     Is responsible for managing the sales, operations, asset protection, and customer services function of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.
•     Offline managers motivate and inspire their team to achieve productivity and sales goals.

Job Description

•     Sets monthly, weekly and daily sales goals with sound action plans to meet annual plan
•     Develop an in-depth knowledge of products - composition / style / origin
•     Provide feedback on products to assist merchandising team on the plans for the buying
•     Attract create & maintain loyal customers at every opportunity
•     Analyze and use CRM data that sets the direction with the sales team to develop business plans & relationship activities
•     Use all data available, knowledge of the business and market place to seek new opportunities and improve core business
•     Active participation in the Community to drive external traffic generation
•     Propose store events to generate business
•     Maximize store sales and revenue
•     Analyze sales figures with brand responsible and forecast future sales according to market demand, seasonality and quota confirmed by the brand
•     Has the responsibility to create the marketing strategies based on the buying trends and changing consumer income information
•     Perform such adhoc duties and assignments as required.

Job Requirements

•     Bachelor's degree in any course.
•     Minimum of 2 years in sales.
