DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, analyze, collate and document product requirements through interaction & research.
• Prepare quality mockups and prototypes.
• Translate and interpret product/business requirements to the technical team and the end users.
• Interact with Technical team to ensure the system is properly implemented.
• Recommend and suggest process improvements.
• Work in collaboration with the UX team to ensure product or requirement is user-friendly and intuitive.
• Recommending controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
• Prepare and update product materials (system documentation, user manuals etc.) for training and knowledge base update.
• Provide training on products to the product users or customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. degrees from a reputable institution.
• 1-3yrs as a Business Analyst, with special preference to experience in a software company.
• CBAA, CBAP, ITIL is a plus.
• Previous experience in Business /Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
• High-Level understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).

• Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
• Researching and organizing facts and sources
• Interviewing sources
• Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, English, or related field
• 2 to 3 years’ experience writing for a large agency or corporation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent grasp of English language
• Creative and innovative thinker and planner
• Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
• Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
