    Head, Core Operations

    Job Requirements & Responsibilities

    • Create, define and execute CyberPay’s operational support strategy across all the operations support teams. Based on the strategy, define standard operating procedures, stating processes, road maps, flow chats for each functions within the support teams.
    • Develop, execute and monitor agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within internal teams and as well as between Cyberspace and its clients.
    • Ensure prompt and accurate settlement of transactions and resolution of all settlement and reconciliation issues.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalents in Social sciences/Humanities from reputable institutions.
    • 5 7 years relevant working experience in a similar role in the industry
    • Knowledge and working experience with the operational support of financial payment products and services.

    Job Requirements & Responsibilities

    Manage the advisory function of the Company

    HR Transformation:

    • Design quality, tried and tested HR strategy solutions for clients
    • Incorporate innovative e-learning solutions in clients HR systems
    • Deliver quality change management solutions
    • Provide customised HR solutions to KR’s clients

    Talent Management:

    • Conduct quality and robust assessments on behalf of our clients
    • Ensure the right talent are attracted and retained
    • Implement solutions and systems to facilitate talent development

    Learning & Development:

    • Coordinating and facilitating training sessions
    • Analysis and training report writing
    • Research in areas of training content and material presentation
    • Designing training programs and course content
    • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience as an HR manager, HR consultant or a relevant role
    • Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders
