    Hygiene Officer

    Location: Ijebu-Ode, Ogun

    Key Responsibilities, Skills/Knowledge

    • To identify key areas of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions.
    • To ensure compliance with the regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food businesses
    • To monitor the health condition of food handlers and to arrange medical examination or suspension of work where necessary
    • To provide in-house training for the food handlers
    • To supervise the work of the Hygiene Supervisor (if any)
    • To handle complaints or enquiries from customers on food hygiene matters
    • To act as a focal point of contact with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department Duties of Hygiene Supervisors
    • To advise food handlers on the proper food handling practices and ensure their observance
    • To conduct daily checks on the personal, environmental and food hygiene conditions of the food establishment and keep records on the findings
    • To act as a focal point of contact with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or any related field
    • At least 3 years experience in a similar post in a manufacturing company.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
    • Good understanding of the Industry standards, policies and procedures
    • Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
    • Experience in high-end city operation with multi unit F&B and large
    • Good understanding of the Nigerian/African business and operation environments and markets
    • Service minded and ability to involve and support operations
    • Sound knowledge of Personal hygiene
    • Good knowledge of Food hygiene
    • Good house keeping
    • Experience in Safety management.

    Salary
    N70,000.

    Front Desk Officer

    Location: Surulere, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
    • Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all time.
    • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
    • Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.
    • Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess B.Sc/OND/NCE/HND in relevant course, with 1-3 years relevant work experience.
    • Must be Graduate in any related field.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be good looking with command of the English language

    ICT Administrator

    Location: Surulere, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Basic maintenance of servers
    • Working closely with the Systems Administrator on server and networking projects and issues
    • Assisting in integrating and implementing a range of technical updates
    • Installing new IT equipment and software
    • Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 issues
    • Providing face-to-face and remote IT support.

    Requirements
    You will need:

    • Interested candidates should possess B.Sc/OND/NCE/HND in Information Technology (IT), ICT or relevant course, with 2-3 years relevant work experience.
    • A minimum of 2 years working in a help support role for levels 2-3
    • Strong knowledge of both Mac and PC
    • Experience supporting Windows environments and Active Directory, router and switch administration, installation and configuration of software and hardware
    • Proven ability to problem-solve
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
