Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible and articulate Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner
• The successful candidate will work on a variety of tasks assigned by the CEO or other Management staff.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Male below the age of 30 years of age
• Proven work experience as a personal assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office suites and English proficiency.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• HND or B.Sc in any discipline
• Open to Candidates within Lagos Island and its environs
