RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and guiding brand teams in their retention & reactivation activities for casino and sports book
• Monitoring & evaluation of targeted and segmented CRM campaigns- measure ROI, prioritise resources, cost control, enable continuous improvement in customer retention & reactivation KPL monitoring with a focus on activity, retention & value
• Formulate strategies & visions
• Constantly evaluating and improving customer segmentation
• Working closely with country teams to achieve maximum potential relationships
• Ensuring the CRM systems used are meeting company need to the best of their ability
• Conducting market research to follow trends within the casino & sportsbook industry

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in CRM, using campaign management & email marketing tools
• Team management & commercially aware
• Highly numerate & commercially aware
• Data-driven
• Customer-centric thinking
• Experience in online gambling with an interest in the casino & sportsbook player journey
• A good knowledge of Scandinavian markets
