Position Summary

• The All On Policy & Partnerships Associate oversees stakeholder engagement and strategic grantmaking. The role is critical to fulfilling All
• On’s mandate of building an enabling environment for the off-grid energy sector in Nigeria.

Position Responsibilities
Stakeholder engagement:

• Build and manage relationships with other organizations operating in the off-grid energy space, including operators, industry associations, donors, investors, development partners, regulators, government officials, and service providers;
• Represent All On in key industry organizations, committees, and events;
• Organize and coordinate industry meetings and events;
• Keep the organization abreast of key industry developments;

Grantmaking:

• Develop an All On portfolio of grants awarded to organizations and projects contributing to the creation of an enabling environment for the sector;
• Oversee the monitoring & evaluation of the grants to ensure impact is created;

Program Management:

• Develop and manage an All On portfolio of programs that support the creation of an enabling environment for the sector;

Communications:

• Oversee internal and external communications for All On;
• Manage All On’s presence on all digital and social media;
• Media engagement;
• Developing All On and industry related content;

What we need from you

• 3-5 years’ experience in similar stakeholder engagement roles in high profile international organizations;
• Demonstrated experience in grantmaking and program design;
• Communications experience;
• Direct experience in the off-grid energy a plus, but not a requirement;
• Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution in Social Science, Humanities, Management and other relevant fields of study; Master’s degree a plus;
