RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and conduct effective customer follow up
• Make sales calls and schedule meetings to close sales
• Negotiate the agreement terms and close sales
• Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded as set
• Prepare daily call plan and activity report
• Deliver presentations on the company products at our office or customer sites.
• Take prospective customers for site visitation
• To visit sites on weekly basis and provide project update to customers
• Provide feedback to potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
• Assist to identify the opportunities and treats for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.
• Attend to all or escalate customer grievances and manage such in line with company’s policies.
• Research, study and present market trends and winning strategies.
• Work with the video, graphics design and digital marketing team to foster sale closing.
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have minimum of 5 years marketing experience.
• Must possess minimum of any of the following: HND/BSc, in any discipline.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to persuade.
• Must be proactive, energetic and driven for results.
• Ability to deliver on targets is a key consideration.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be possess the right attitude.
