We are  currently sourcing for Sales Executive that has 2-4years experience in an FMCG company(Foods ingredients).

LOCATION- LAGOS, ABUJA, IBADAN, ENUGU

SALARY RANGE- 60-80K

Duties:

• Make requisition to purchasing department for stock replenishment
• Proper record and documentation of materials in the store
• Follow up outstanding item requisition
• Prepare “Goods received Note” (GRN) for every item purchased
• Prepare and submit monthly report on store activities
• Responsible for the entire store operations and ensuring availability of stock for use
• Ensuring that PR from requesting departments are properly filled and signed by approved signatories and issuing out items on a timely basis
• Ensuring that there are not spares stock out by tracking physically and with the help of technology
• Conduct receiving inspections and inspection of incoming goods
• Identifying and tagging all received inventory, labeling each item with part number & appropriate codes
• Match PR to PO and to packing list and ensure they tally.
• Participate in regular stock count and generate stock movement report
• Raise purchase requisition for goods that are not available
• Maintain stock in good condition, ensure orderly storage and general housekeeping within the store
• Restrict store house access to unauthorized personnel and ensure the aisles are free of any items
• Avoid over and under-stocking of materials.
• Any other duties as required by the line manager

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/HND in any field
• Minimum of 5 years in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry
