    Customer Fulfilment Specialist

    Job Description

    •     Provides Order Processing, Fulfilment and Delivery services by ensuring prompt and accurate distribution of ordered products to Gloo.ng’s customers in accordance with customer demand and the requirements of the assigned routes.
    •     Provides courteous, timely and accurate deliveries to Gloo.ng’s customers.
    •     Responsible for picking and packing for shipment; prepares cases; labels packages; loads and unloads delivery vans/bikes; and replenishes stock on shelves; all in keeping with prescribed processes
    •     Verifies accuracy of outgoing shipments.
    •     Prepares receipts for products delivered to Gloo.ng’s customers.
    •     Maintains delivery van in proper working condition.
    •     Maintains accurate process log books and reports.
    •     Trains newly hired Fulfillment Specialists in procedures, routing, etc.
    •     Performs any other duties as may be required to ensure a safe and efficient delivery operation.

    Qualifications

    •     A Good School Leaving Certificate (required).
    •     Very good spoken and written English (required).
    •     Amiable personality (required).
    •     Valid vehicle drivers' license and good driving record (required).
    •     Flexibility of work hours is (required).
    •     Basic computer skills (will be an advantage).
    •     OND & above (will be an advantage).

    Sales Officers

    Job Description:

    •     Build relationships with clients in order to convince them to buy Gloo.ng’s products and services.
    •     Handle questions or requests
    •     Set up equipment or show people how to use the product or service.
    •     Prepare each day to support Head of Sales’ efforts by working with and selling to assigned leads.
    •     Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Business Practices
    •     Contact assigned lead(s) through phone, email and/or direct mail according to training and at the direction of management.
    •     Document lead activity according to training and at the direction of management.
    •     Use only approved marketing collateral, presentations and support materials effectively and exclusively.
    •     Follow all approved sales closing procedures as instructed.
    •     Protect and secure customer confidential information according to corporate guidelines and procedures.
    •     Achieve established performance guidelines within established time frames.
    •     Provide customer service to existing and new leads at the direction of management.

    Qualifications
