    Admin Officer

    Details:

    Administrative duties

    • Order and maintain stationery, toiletries and equipment supplies
    • Maintain the leave management system
    • Maintain filing systems in collaboration with other administrative staff
    • Determine necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department.
    • Manage  premises, cleaning and  security

    HR Management

    • Assist to conduct new employee induction program
    • Assist in Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee
    • Assist to oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies
    • Assist in  preparing and maintaining  all HR records

    Operation/ Food and Beverage Supervisor

    Details:

    Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the day – to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
    • Preserve excellent levels of external and internal customer service
    • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all concerns
    • Comply with all health and safety regulations
    • Report on management concerning sales results and productivity
    • A food and beverage supervisor is responsible for all the various business operations of the place where he/she is employed such as restaurant, hotel, resort or dining etc.
    •  Oversee food preparations and food storage etc.
    • Ensure staff is discipline.
    • Maintain important documents, ordering inventory, managing assets etc.

    OUALIFICATION:
    Minimum Of OND in a related Discipline

    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
    • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
    • Communication and leadership skills
    • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
    • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
    • Service minded
