Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the market within the Company's area of responsibility.
- Work our sales contracts and participate in the structuring of deals
- Maintain accountability [or the overall sales volume and bottom-line pretax sales profit. .
- Attract, maintain, and develop Customers and guide them professionally in managing their fleet
- Teach and mentor sales executives to perform customer visitations that promote the enhanced sales of equipment and services
Requirements: (Skills & Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree/ Good HND in Engineering, Business/Marketing or relevant specialization
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy-duty trucks preferred.
- Previous sales management experience required.
- Retail sales experience and mechanical knowledge of trucks required.
- Excellent customer service, good communication and multi-rasking skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred. .
- Valid Driver's Licence required
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of new car sales objectives as assigned by the Company
- Identify and develop key target markets and reaching the customers with our products
- Provide Sales management information and market feedback by completing weekly and monthly reports
- Attend approved training programmes and required meetings
Requirements: (Skills & Qualifications)
- Good Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant field with 1-2 years sales and marketing experience
- Valid Drivers' License
