Job Description:

• Developing marketing strategy weekly reporting
• Drive agent manager within specific clusters
• Aggressively recruit managers and agents for the Agency network.
• Provide support in managing agents and agent managers working in clusters.
• Relationship development and management
• Project management
• Provide training for agents
• Build strong knowledge and awareness of competitors strategies and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualification/Experience:
University Education:   Bsc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences,  Social Sciences, technology
