These roles will be critical for the delivery of results for children expected by this programme.
Coordinate Monitoring and Evaluation of all Health and Child Survival programmmes. Ensure implementation of the M&E plan for Health & Child Survival programmes; monitoring progress against planned activities, critical milestones and targets, leading health projects research and evaluation activities and ensuring reports are of the highest possible quality.
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in related field and 5 years of professional experience; previous experience with local or intemational NGOs; advanced computer literacy (MS Office applications, web-based applications and advanced statistical package utilization e.g SPSS, STATA-12, OH IS etc); fluent in spoken and written English (Hausa is desirable) and ability to work in partnership with government and other NGO's staff.
Ensure implementation of the M&E plan for Health & Child Survival programmes including monitoring progress against planned activities, critical milestones and targets as well as providing support and guidance to program officers and government counterparts to ensure that the data collection, data management and reporting, are of the highest possible quality.
Candidate should possess atleast a Bachelor's degree in related field and 2-3 years previous experience with local and international NGOs; previous experience in Health System Strengthening programmes using the National HMIS software; advanced computer literacy (MS Office applications. web-based applications andadvanced statistical package utilization e.g SPSS, STATA-12. OH IS etc), willingness to travel and ability to work in partnership with government and other NGO's staff.
