    Enterprise Sales Consultant

    Location: Yaba Lagos

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking Enterprise Sales Consultants who will be responsible for identifying, aggressively prospecting and closing new business accounts
    • We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and motivated individuals who can take the training and tools for success given to them to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • You will be the front line for presenting Ekovolt to prospects. Success in this role may lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company
    • Work closely with the Head of all the Business Units & Team members to ensure that all viable business opportunities are explored and capitalized upon
    • Communicating effectively with ICT customers and prospects, directing customers to product information resources, and Identifying and contacting new sales prospects
    • Perform account management on selected accounts
    • Build and manage pipeline and leads
    • Generate and manage forecasts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering
    • Minimum of 2-5 years work experience in IT sales
    • Experience in sales of IT products and services is a major advantage
    • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of Radio and Wireless Technologies 
    • Candidate with relevant industry knowledge will be an advantage.
    • A team player, highly motivated, good interpersonal skills, mature, meticulous, independent, disciplined and responsible
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues.
    • Rapid learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
    • Possesses determination and grit.

    Technical Support Analyst

    Location: Yaba Ln, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls, email, chat and social tools for resolving routine problems with service.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose and clarify customer issues, and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
    • Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, modem, router etc.
    • Maintains call records/logs and resolution detail utilizing case management solution, Remedy.
    • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with management to express ideas in order to make informed decisions.
    • Create/update help tickets to document customer interactions.
    • Escalate complex support issues to higher level supervisors/manager.
    • Provide information about product specifications.
    • Interact with other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
    • Resolve customer issues by changing channels

    Qualifications

    • Experience working with IP Networking and Internet services
    • Experience with ticket creation, management and resolution
    • Knowledge of customer support skills that include: management of problem calls, priority calls and communication to end-users
    • Radio and Wireless configuration knowledge
    • Configure broadband gateway routher for office use
    • Minimum of HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of RSSI, noise and interference
    • Knowledge of link loss budget calculations
    • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
