    SAP Manager

    Job Summary

    • The SAP Manager shall be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
    • He/she will be responsible for leading project efforts to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
    • This also includes tracking project issues and risks, change requests and reporting.
    • Activities will include scheduling and leading meetings with cross-functional teams to drive projects through their full life cycle.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.
    • Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.
    • Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.
    • Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
    • Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.
    • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
    • Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
    • Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
    • Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
    • Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

    Person's Specification

    • Education: Degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field, equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Project Management Certification is desired
    • Experience: At least 6 - 8 years' work experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager working with SAP environments

    Additional Requirement:

    • Strong project planning skills
    • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
    • Understanding of Business and System Requirements.
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite and MS Project
    • Ability to facilitate meetings with all management levels in attendance.
