Job Description

• Developing and penetrating the market with Trust services business
• Follow up on management of relationship with Trust clients – e.g. discussions with estate agents, insurance companies, receipt of certificates, dividend warrants etc
• Ensuring that all statutory filings are carried out in a timely manner. (i.e., filing of annual returns, renewal of registration with SEC etc.)

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Candidate must possess LLB, BL.
• 5 years post call experience in corporate legal practice or well-structured Financial Service Trustee organization.
• Good knowledge of laws regulating operations of businesses in the country; particularly the Financial Service sector and Trust business.
• Knowledge and practice of trustee business
• Able to work as a team, action oriented with ability to prioritize and manage varied and fast moving workload
• Ability to think strategically and adopt problem solving approach to issues

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business development purpose.
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
• Work closely with families, individuals and businesses to provide customized recommendation to help them meet their goals, in line with our service offerings.
• Track and translate investment performance and make recommendations.
• Establish a network of referrals
• Balance referral activities, customer follow up, prospect building and administrator tasks.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• First degree in Marketing or any other discipline from a reputable Higher Institution.
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Must uphold high ethical standards i.e. know and stick to all capital market rules as contained in Regulatory rules & code of ethics guiding operations in the industry.
