    Sales Executive

    Details:

    Looking for a proactive individual to join the sales team. He/She will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly targets. The person must regularly read relevant business press releases and actively seek to improve knowledge of relevant industries.

    Job Description

    • Meet monthly and quarterly targets
    • Identify new business opportunities
    • Present tailored, benefit-driven solutions
    • Pitch effectively across multiple decision makers
    • Use customer-centric, well-written and tailored communication
    • Follow the sales strategy and plan as outlined by the Sales Manager
    • Meet expected KPIs for activity levels, call rates and meetings held
    • Create extra revenues and partnerships from our key clients through new products
    • Attain new clients and grow our network of buyers

    Job Requirements

    Growth (Product Implementation) Specialist

    Details:

    The Growth Specialist will be responsible for training, customizing and monitoring usage of product to ensure that a client doesn’t just buy the company’s product, but has a positive experience and that the client receives maximum value from it. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Assists external clients in the implementation of the company’s technical systems/solutions.
    • Develop, schedule and conduct product training Evaluates client needs, and build solution on client’s pain points Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans Provides training and end-user support during the implementation process Conduct monthly review meetings with client to assess ROI (Demonstrate value of product) Ensure the client is fully operational and upsell:

    Job requirements

    • Excellent customer service and project management skills.
    • Technical Knowledge
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
    • Great presentation and training skills
    • Energetic, Passionate and Driven
    • Undergraduate qualification would be advantageous
    • Previous Sales/consultant experience would be advantageous
    • Willing to travel locally and internationally
