    Area Sales Manager

    Location Accra Ghana

    Requirements

    • Responsible for Net Sales Target for his assigned territory.
    • Responsible for driving growth of existing products as well as launching of any new product in his / her assigned territory.
    • Should have handled redistribution model of the sales.
    • Should be able to handle team of 4-5 sales personnel.
    • Working independently with minimum supervision and monitoring his team's performance and motivating and driving them to achieve their targets.
    • Establish, maintain & expand customer base in his territory with the help of his team.
    • Developing & implementing sales strategies in his assigned territory.
    • Setting sales targets for individual Sales Executives and his team as a whole.

    Product Manager

    Job Profile

    The new incumbent will be responsible to harmonize, implement and control the development of the marketing plan by product or group of products, in accordance with the guidelines for execution of brand portfolio. Overall goal is developing, managing & sustaining a profitable brand/brand portfolio

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for developing annual brand operating and channel plans with aligned category, brand, consumer and customer priorities and objectives
    • Provide input into the brand strategy review (situational analysis); Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP) & resulting commercial programmes, and New product introduction (NPI) 
    • Develop appropriate consumer & shopper insight and ensure insights, channel & POP opportunities are incorporated into all strategies and plans
    • Coordinate, in conjunction with the Consumer insight team, the taking on of studies about the product and / or consumer, to cover in time and method, information requirements detected
    • Deliver agreed brand, channel targets and profitability
    • Responsible for gathering and analyzing competitor information and developing activities to counteract anticipated competitor plans
    • Track, analyse and evaluate all brand and trade initiatives to ensure business results are achieved and brand equity is maintained
    • Develop & update generic planograms and looks of success aligned to brand strategy
    • Ensure communication to all relevant stakeholders during projects
    • Manage day to day interactions with agencies and assist with evaluation
    • Ensure that all business management standards, processes and procedures are applied and adhered to in all activities
    • Effective management of A&P budget
    • Define monthly sales forecasts together with sales and demand planning

    Key Requirements

    • Good University degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ Brand Management experience in a Multinational FMCG Organisation is a MUST.
    • Proven track record of delivering business result and managing a profitable brand
    • Proven track record of established strong networks within the FMCG sector
    • In depth understanding of the FMCG sector
    • Supply Chain knowledge 
    • Ability to analyze and predict market trends
    • Experience in working with and managing a team
    • Proficiency in customer relation and communication skills

    Finance Manager

    The ideal candidate must know/have:

    • P&L and balance sheet preparation , both in local and Group GAAP’s
    • Provide the required information about financial statements , in coordination with Financial Planning & Controlling area
    • Help in Budget and Estimates Revision processes.
    • Experience of 8-10 years of leading finance function of a multilocation and multicurrency company.
    • Tax filling activities. Insure , together with Tax Regional Manager, fully accomplishment of all tax local rules.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives across Finance to support the company’s growth
    • Support in Customer credit management
    • Day by Day Treasury management and Banks relationship

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of all areas of Finance - SBS function (General Accounting , Tax , Treasury) in an organization.
    • Basic knowledge of working Tally ERP is desirable.
    • Knowledge of working in SAP environment and hands on experience of FICCO and MM module. Having knowledge of SAP implementation is extra advantage.
    • Knowledge of Nigeria FX matter and treasury handling.
    • Day by Day Treasury management and Banks relationship.

    Customer Service Executive

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a customer-oriented service executive who act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling “Customer Complaints” in invoicing
    • Contact with the warehouse to prepare deliveries and orders shipping
    • Problem solving on deliveries: delays, payment conditions, ship loads, etc.
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Generate sales leads and Sales order Management in SAP
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

    Job Requirements

    • Must have BSc. in Business/trade 
    • Must have related experience (at least 2 years)
    • Must possess soft skills: organization, initiative, empathy, influencing, Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
