    Channel Sales Consultant - Industrial Safety Market Centre

     Location: Lagos, Mainland

    Duties and responsibilities not limited to:

    • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships for identified distributors and / or branches. Takes ownership of B and C locations of identified Channel partners.
    • Understands the customer’s business/sales model to influence key players. Advances the sales process, service and value proposition.
    • Develops & executes distributor Incentive programs to drive growth.
    • Work collaboratively with Channel Specialists, Channel Marketing, Product sales & marketing teams

    Key Competences

    • Market/Business Analysis
    • Marketing Planning & Strategy

    Qualification:

    • Degree in Engineering/Sales/Marketing or Commerce  
    • Requires use of computers, including basic Personal Computer (PC) software, specialized sales software, and on-line sales support systems.

    Experience:

    Minimum 6-10 years sales experience within the Industrial and Safety environment and Distributor Management.

    Sales Executive- Consumer Business Group

    Location: Lagos, Mainland

    Duties and responsibilities not limited to:

    • Manage and increase distribution footprint in Retail with focus on Category Management
    • Sales and channel development – focusing on adding new channels
    • Execute brand plans – in line with marketing promotional programs
    • Implement tailor-made promotions and end user contact programs.
    • Territory Management.
    • To establish and support an effective sub-distribution network for onward retailing of products
    • Develop and implement own business plans and program that increase market coverage.

    Qualification:

    • Degree in Sales/Marketing or related fields.

    • Minimum 5-10 years sales experience within the FMCG environment
    • Distributor Management
