Job Description:

• Candidate must have a basic knowledge of software development.
• Candidate must understand the stages of software development.
• Candidate must have experience more than one programming language demonstrated by successful completion of online/offline projects.
• Candidate must know how to work with databases. This can be off any Database Management System.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to comprehend basic spoken English and respond accordingly.
• Candidate must be able to effectively transfer knowledge of things learned on the job to other developers.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of various software technologies and how they have been used.
• Candidate must understand how git version control works with proof of on successful project completion using git/bitbucket version control.

Job Requirements: HND/BSc/MSc

A minimum of 3 year full-time working experience.

MAINTENANCE

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment
• Create and schedule a preventative maintenance program.
• Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each repair parts and supplies
• Monitor vehicle utilization and evaluation of vehicle specifications.
• Enforce safety practices and procedures and ensures drivers receive appropriate safety training.
• Assist in the development of the fleet departments budget to include a review of past year expenses and income
• Recommend all fleet purchases, including parts and tools
• Examines reports for accuracy on each vehicle repaired and writes reports on the vehicles repaired.
• Assist Asset Disposal Officer in coordinating the acquisition, management and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of maintenance personnel as required

• Ratio of preventive to corrective maintenance
• Accurate scheduling of periodic vehicle maintenance
• Accuracy of vehicle inventory system
• Vehicle utilization monitoring & tracking
• Adherence to vehicle safety procedure

• Minimized error rates in vehicle diagnoses & repairs

• Satisfaction level of management as regards vehicle maintenance

Qualification: A Mechanical Engineer/Transport Management Bachelors Degree Holder or Its Equivalent.
