    Project Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supervise and co-ordinate all activities on all Mar&Mor projects/sites and ensuring that tasks on the various sites are performed to the fullest efficiency.
    • Prepare bids and proposals for the prospective clients to expand business operations.
    • Identify resources needed to execute a project and assign individual responsibilities to all “on site” workers.
    • Manage the day to day operational aspects of the various projects and reporting to the Managing Partner
    • Review deliverables prepared by the team of “on site workers” and report to the Managing Partner.
    • Ensure that industry standards are followed in the execution of Mar&Mor projects.
    • Carry out engagement reviews and quality assurance (in Conjunction with the Managing Partner)
    • Minimise our exposure and risks on a project.
    • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
    • Track and report working hours of individuals working on projects and report expenses on a weekly basis.
    • Work on project accounting in conjunction with the accounts department
    • Manage project budget in conjunction with the Managing Partner
    • Follow up with clients when necessary on unpaid invoices
    • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for projects.
    • Analyse project profitability, bill rates and utilization.

    Requirements

    • Degree or HND (or its equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable and accredited higher institution of learning.
    • Minimum of 7 years post NYSC experience working on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Services projects in the site supervision/project management.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
    • Must be a registered member of COREN.
    • Candidate must have previous experience in Project Engineering.

    Mechanical Project Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The incumbent is expected to provide semi-last mile services to improve nearly every aspect of mechanical and electrical installations.
    • To Design, Procure, install and maintain Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, water treatment, Fire-fighting and water supply systems as well as power supply, electrical network and communication systems to meet industrial, commercial or residential requirements. To also provide quality general plumbing services.

    Job Description

    • Identifying customer requirements;
    • Reading design specifications and technical drawings;
    • Liaising with clients and contractors;
    • Attending meetings on site;
    • Qualifying the final product or system;
    • Servicing and maintaining Mar & Mor Installations
    • Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
    • Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish installation standards and specifications.
    • Research and analyse customer specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of installations.
    • Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that installations are functioning according to specifications.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable higher institution.
    • 3 years post NYSC experience working on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Projects.
    • Must be willing to relocate.
    • Previous site experience in the areas of specified above will be an added advantage.

    Electrical Project Engineer

    Pipe Service Design Engineer

    Job Description

    • Prepare work plus instructions to designers involved in mechanical plus piping design package.
    • Discuss all pertinent problems encountered during design stage.
    • Ensure to openly communicate with various departments and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed material plus purchase parameters for piping and fittings.
    • Carry out responsibility for piping layout, stress analysis, piping procurement activities and hanger design.
    • Carry out responsibility to prepare piping bulk quantity forecasts for proposals.
    • Conduct piping design analysis and guide others to application of nuclear codes and standards along with licensing requirements.
    • Provide technical supervision and support trainee engineers as well as designers in piping evaluation and design.
    • Develop and present technical as well as marketing presentations associated with power plant layout plus piping design.
    • Support development of designers and engineers in industry area requirements as well as practices.
    • Plan, arrange and schedule work activities for piping team.
    • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems.
    • Review vendor drawings for information related to commercial facilities design.
    • Provide commissioning and construction support with irregular site visits.
    • Perform effectively with vendors, clients, management and varied team members.
    • Report administratively to design department manager.
    • Supervise and administer responsibility over large group of designers and engineers.
    • Head responsibility to ensure effective utilization of engineering staff and technical quality.
    • Conduct calculations and evaluate design of industrial facilities.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum of 3-5 years requisite experience(Experience in domestic pipe service design will be an added advantage)
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Piping Engineering, domestic Piping services and Relevant software.
