    Finanace Manager

    Responsibility
    Responsible for managing office finances and providing technical assistance to local partners Oil financial management and planning. Develop and track program and activity budgets and supervise finance staff.
    Ensure that financial activities and reporting complies with internal and USAID requiremems:

    Qualifications and Experience
    •    Bachelor's degree in public administration and/or financial management
    •    Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in the financial management and/or accounting field and minimum of 5 years of experience in advising/implementing/developing strategic and operational plans and budgets in the field of electoral assistance for electoral management bodies. in particular in the domain of election/voter registration operations and related budgeting thereof
    •    In depth knowledge and experience with USAID financial management and reporting requirements,
    •    Strong project management skills, including project reporting,
    •    Experience with USAlD sub-granting/small grants procedures,
    •    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    M & E Specialist

    Responsibility
    Responsible for coordinating the monitoring and eva;uation of program activities and project performance data; guiding the development revisions and approval of the  Performance Monitoring Plan ; and ensuring regular collection, compilation, and reporting of accurate indicator data. Assist in design and implementation of the programs to achieve the organizatrional objectives. Assist in the development of the program reports:

    Qualifications and experience
    •    Bachelor's degree in political science. internauonal politics, development. or related fleld (Master's degree or PhD preferred).
    •    Minimum of five years' experience in the monitoring and evaluation of international Democracy and Governance development project activities,
    •    Experience with drafting program implementation plans and performance monitoring plans and demonstrated capacity to implement M&E activities, conduct research, analyze data and manage data bases,
    •    Experience with USAID, reporting, regulations and procedures,
    •    Computer proflciency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    •    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

    Gender Advisor

    Responsibility
    Responsible for designing Gnd implementing gender Integration initiatives for electoral management bodies and other partner organizations; draw on international best practices and gender equity principles to inform the implementation of program activities aimed at
    supporting increased participation of women in the etectoral process, Assist with data gathering and M&E program reporting all gender outcomes.

    Qualifications and Experience
    •    Bachelor's degree in political science or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    •    Minimum of 10 years' experience in gender analysis and programnung, with a background in human rights and a rights-based approach to development.
    •    Demonstrated experience working on projects promoting women's participation in governance and elections and gender equity ill Nlgeria,
    •    Famillanty with USAlD and other donor gender policies,
    •    Computer proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    •    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
