    General Manager (Sales)

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Drive implementation or all sales activities and programmes in line with our vision and mission to meet & exceed targets.
    • Build a credible Sales Team by envisioning, training, engaging and enabling them
    • Identify and develop opportunities to deliver outstanding results.
    • Identify & develop business building ideas that will improve business performance.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Good B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Sales Management, or related course from an NUC recognized university. Minimum of live years selling experience of which a minimum of two years must have been in manager/position.
    • Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and power point presentations.
    • Must have a proven record of heading a strong and successful team in a best practice environment selling FMCG.
    • Must be a self starter, able to work with little or no supervision and good team manager.
    • Should have good influencing and persuading skills.
    • Not more than 32 years. Must have a valid E class driving License.

    Branch Manager (Sales)

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Drive coverage and distribution of'our products-to meet and exceed monthly sales target through the sales supervisors.
    • Build and develop a sales team that will be ready to take up higher responsibilities in the shortest possible time.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Good B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Administration. Sales or related course from an NUC recognized university. Minimum of three years selling experience of which at least one year must have been in a managerial position.
    • Not more than 30 years and Must have valid E class Driving License.
    • Must possess good skills in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and power point presentations.
    • Must be self starters, ability to work with little or no supervision and good team manager.
    • Should have good influencing and persuading skills.

    Branch Manager (Administration)

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Drive compliance to disciplined operational process and policies, Staff training and development.
    • Prompt resolution of branch operational challenges as the need arises
    • Understand key deliverab les in each department and lead performance appraisal from start to finish.
    • Coordinate and supervise all department and lead performance appraisals from start to finish.
    • Co-ordiante and supervise all departments" activities in the branch to ensure optimum productivity.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Good BSc/HND in Business Administration or Management in Human Resource Management, Marketing or related courses from the NUC recognized university.
    • Minimum of 2 years selling experience.
    • Preferably to leadership position Not more 35 years and should have valid Eclass Driving License.
    • Must possess good skills in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and power point presentations.
    • Must be self starters, ability to work with little or no supervision and good team manager.
    • Should have good influencing and persuading skills.
