Qualification: NYSC (Presently serving Youth Corper)

Job Description:

• The Client Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering to inquiries, giving instructions, promoting products & services, solving complaints, suggesting information about other products and services, process bookings, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Candidate will also undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
• You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
• The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
• You should have very good communication skills, ability to plan effectively, polite, a courteous attitude, patience, good computer skills and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ongoing NYSC candidate preferred
