  • The Management of Ratem Group of Hotels, harm is seeking to appoint suitably qualified candidates to the positions of Hotel Manager, Food and Beverages Manager and Hotel Supervisor.

    Hotel Manager

     

    Job Description

    • The successful candidate must possess sound business and operational skills acquired from previous experience in Hotel Management Roles.

    Responsibilities:

    • The Hotel Manager will provide overall leadership, guidance and direction to the Hotel Management Team. He/she will further ensure that the hotel and client financial obligations are met and create a healthy relationship between management & staff and utmostly create an atmosphere that is customer - friendly and client conductive.

    Education:

    •     Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree from any accredited institution in Hospitality Services, Foods and Nutrition, Business Administration or other related field.
    •     A Masters Degree or post graduate qualification is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    •     A minimum of 5-7 years experience in hotel or hospitality industry required.

    Food & Beverages Manager
