Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Extensive Practical Knowledge in Graphics Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, 3D Animations (3D Character Animation skill would be ideal) and Photography will be a great asset
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• To provide content support for developing training materials and eLearning project execution.
• Working collaboratively with a team to develop multimedia elements (including audio, video and graphics/animated components) to company team and 3rd party client
• Working in collaboration with the Web-Based Learning and Academic Service team to identify existing content, identify new opportunities and prioritize delivery whilst meeting stakeholders’ time expectations.
• Working independently or as part of the design team with little instructions and guidance for most daily activities.
• Lead and participate in the design for various corporate business needs and other marketing materials, including branding, brochures, video creation, info-graphics, flyers, print and digital advertising, website design, e-mail marketing and promotional items
• Overall responsibility to conceive ideas, concepts, campaigns and advertising for the company and its properties

Technical Requirement:

• Should be artistically sound in Graphics Designs
• Have skills in 3D animation
• Should be able to use at least one video editing software preferably Adobe Premiere Pro. Avid and Final Cut are also welcomed.
• Should have advanced knowledge to use Adobe After Effect AND any other animation software.
• Should be able to use at least one of the following editing software -
• Blender, cinema 4d, Maya, Houdini
• Generally internet and social media savvy

Salary range:
Remuneration package depends on experience, depth of technical knowledge and skills, self-development/training and a combination of other skill sets such as leadership, training impacting skills, business orientation, process/project management.

Educational Requirement:

• Our focus is on the hands-on technical experience, skills, competence, and knowledge firstly.
• For Formal education, a University Degree in Animation or Media-Related Course is preferable. Any University Course is acceptable.
