    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Transport and receive items quickly by motorcycle. Items can include packages, letter, legal documents or messages.
    • Deliver items by examining items,destination, route,rate and delivery time.
    • Deliver items on behalf of the MD

    Education and Experience

    • Work Experience: 3 - 5 Years
    • Educational Qualifications: Senior Secondary School certificate

    Requirements:

    • Must be physically fit.
    • Highly professional and able to work independently
    • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Proven experience as a dispatch rider.
    • Must provide reference letter from previous employers and two guarantors.
    • Must be proactive in the area of maintenance of motorcycles.
    • Must have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
    • Knowledge of lagos routes.

    Investor Relations Officer

    Grade: PSG 16-18

    Job Description

    • The jobholder will report to the Company Secretary and assist with all administrative issues as they relate to the Board of Directors and other subcommittees of the Board, Pre-Annual General Meeting, and Annual General Meetings.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain and improve communications and relations between the shareholders and the organisation.
    • Attend to Shareholders on a day to day basis regarding shareholder and regulatory queries and unclaimed dividends payments
    • Assists with the vetting of all contractual documents of the Company and shareholders certificates prior to execution and sealing by the Company Secretary
    • Develop, maintain and improve communications and relations between the shareholders and the organisation.
    • Manage the investor relations portion of the company’s website.
    • Develop investor relations and communications materials
    • Maintains relationship with representatives of the Stock Exchange.
    • Assist with the coordination of administrative issues as it relates to the Board, Committees and Annual General Meeting.
    • On time compilation and delivery of Board and Committee papers to Directors and Committee members.
    • Liaise with the Finance department on all payment related matters to ensure shareholders, as well as vendors, are duly paid
    • Undertake research and analysis to provide insight on company performance periodically
    • Monitor analyst reports; present summaries and other market feedback to senior management
    • Develop a conducive and safe work environment

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a relevant field
    • Master’s degree in Business or Law would be an advantage
    • Membership with the relevant professional body will be an advantage
    • Professional Certification(s) will be an advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial services, banking, equity research, investment management or accounting, capital market and regulations
    • At least 5-9years of post-call-to-bar working experience
    • Must have a working knowledge of investor relations function
    • Must have experience in preparing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
    • A hands-on experience in financial modelling will be an added an advantage
    • Must be able to interpret financial statements and understand the use of financial instruments
    • Must have knowledge of legal and statutory filing and reporting requirements
