Maintenance Officer at Klinsettee Africa

Job Description

• Responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the client's home and/or offices are clean, neat, and tidy (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
• Organising and maintaining work and/or home spaces on a daily basis
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify the client of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Involved in Kid Care, Old People Care and Pet Care
• Executing cleaning projects for one-off services
• Maintaining accurate records of the corrective and preventive maintenance undertaken

Requirements

• SSCE and NCE, Trade Test, OND in any field
• Primary school Certificate Holder with work experience also acceptable
• Age:18 - 45 years of age
• Ability to communicate - written & oral skills
• Must live in Lagos or Ogun State
• 0-3 years experience. Previous experience in Hospitality, Housekeeping, Cleaning and Maintenance is an added advantage
• Ability to relate well with other people is key
• Ability to care specially for Children and Old People
• Personal Hygiene and Grooming is important
